(“GLI“or the”Subsidiary company“), entered into a testing services agreement (the “CST”) with the US Army Engineer Research & Development Center (the “US Army ERDC”) in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

GLI intends to develop graphene oxide materials that have superior adsorption capabilities for the removal of complex contaminants, which are of great interest to US Army ERDC, as proposed by their team. of research.
